
How Ad&Vi TV handles account, billing and support data.
We process account information needed to provide the service, including email/login details, customer name where provided, locale, package selection, subscription status, trial state and device/session information.
When a customer starts payment, the website may redirect to or embed an approved payment provider flow such as Stripe, Volet.com, or another provider after approval. Ad&Vi TV does not store full card numbers, CVC codes or raw card credentials on its own servers.
We may process technical logs, browser/device data, IP-derived security information, checkout events and error reports to keep the platform reliable, prevent abuse and support customers.
If you contact support, we may process the email address, message content, attachments you provide and related account details needed to answer the request.
Account, billing, entitlement, security and support records are retained only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legitimate business records.
