TV buffering and streaming troubleshooting
If playback pauses, buffers or disconnects, start with the local network and device before changing account settings. These checks are safe and do not require sharing private access data.
Quick checks
- 1. Prefer a stable wired connection or move closer to the Wi‑Fi router.
- 2. Pause large downloads, cloud backups or other heavy traffic on the same network.
- 3. Restart the TV, player app or router when the problem is limited to your local setup.
- 4. Confirm that your trial or subscription is active and that the player uses the correct M3U or Xtream format.
Troubleshoot the symptom, not the whole setup
Test a second channel on the same device first. If possible, compare the affected channel in another supported player. These comparisons help distinguish a device problem from a channel-specific issue without changing your account.
Playback starts, then keeps buffering
Check whether interruptions affect one channel or several. Test a stable network connection and note the approximate delay before playback. Repeated app reinstalls rarely identify the cause; report the channel and timing if the issue persists.
Picture appears but there is no sound
Check mute, volume and the player's audio-track selector. If more than one track is available, test another track. Different players may support different audio formats, so compare the same channel across devices.
The channel plays in VLC but not in a browser or mobile app
VLC, browsers and mobile players do not always support the same stream formats and codecs. Note whether you see a black picture, endless loading or silent video, and record the app version. Do not share private playlist URLs.
The EPG is missing or shows the wrong time
Confirm the device clock and time zone, then refresh the guide in the player. The playlist and the EPG are separate resources; a working channel does not guarantee a current programme listing. Note the channel and incorrect time.
What to include in a support request
Provide the channel name, device and operating system, player/app and version, local date and time with time zone, the symptom, and whether another channel or device works. Never send your password, private M3U/Xtream link or access token.
Narrow down the cause
Never post your M3U link, Xtream username/password or other personal access details in public chats or forums.
