Rules for confirming lawful rights to content sources and the rightsholder contact process for the Ad&Vi TV platform.
Ad&Vi TV is intended for lawful online TV / OTT media access for European and international audiences. Service policy prohibits the intentional distribution of copyrighted content without an applicable legal basis.
The fact that a stream, URL, or other source is publicly reachable does not by itself grant permission for commercial use, retransmission, or OTT delivery. A source may be used by the platform only when a right, authorization, licence, contractual or partner approval, or another sufficient legal basis is confirmed for the relevant use and territory.
Channel, network, programme, app, and device names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention or availability in the interface does not by itself imply ownership by Ad&Vi TV, a partnership, endorsement, or support by the rightsholder unless separately confirmed.
Rightsholders and authorized representatives may request removal or a rights review. Please include the channel or content name, territory, proof of authority, the specific URL or package reference, and your contact details.
The administrator may remove or disable a source, channel, package, or delivery method while a rights review is pending if the legal basis is not sufficiently confirmed or a substantiated rightsholder notice is received.
Ad&Vi TV advertising must describe the service and its available features without unsupported claims of ownership of third-party content, official endorsement, or a relationship with a particular broadcaster, network, app, or brand. Such claims are permitted only when there is a separately confirmed basis for them.
Rights notices, removal requests, and rights-verification questions should be sent to info@ad-vi.tv.
