Ad&Vi TV provides an online TV / OTT media access platform for customers who choose an active subscription package. The service is designed for personal household use on supported devices and apps.

• Base, Family and Premium are the main TV packages.
• Country and theme add-ons may be added to an active main package where available.
• Package availability, channel lists and features may vary by territory, device, source approval and operational readiness.

Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure and for using the service only through their own account. M3U/EPG setup is provided only for active subscribers where that delivery option is enabled.

• Do not resell, publish, transfer, share or redistribute account access, playlist URLs, M3U links, EPG data or stream access.
• Device and session limits apply according to the selected package and may be enforced automatically.
• Setup instructions must be followed on supported devices, apps and players.

Ad&Vi TV must be used lawfully and only for personal media access. The platform does not grant any right to copy, rebroadcast, restream, record, resell or commercially exploit any third-party content.

• Content sources must be public, authorized, licensed, partner-approved or otherwise legally permitted.
• The administrator may remove packages, channels or sources that are unavailable, questionable, unsupported or rights-restricted.
• Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider changes, device limitations, connectivity or rights-holder requirements.

Paid subscriptions are billed in euros according to the selected package and add-ons. Renewal, cancellation and payment-provider terms may depend on the provider used at checkout.

• Card data is processed by approved payment providers and is not stored by Ad&Vi TV.
• Cancellation requests should be made before the next renewal date where recurring billing is enabled.
• Access may be suspended or disabled after failed, disputed, reversed or unverified payments.
