Where a 24-hour test or trial is available, customers should use it to verify the interface, package fit, device setup and internet compatibility before purchasing a paid subscription.

• Duplicate payments for the same account and period can be reviewed for correction or refund.
• Verified technical issues that prevent reasonable use after the customer follows support instructions can be reviewed.
• A payment made by mistake may be reviewed if support is contacted promptly and access has not been substantially used.

• Misuse, resale, sharing, redistribution or attempts to bypass account limits.
• Unsupported devices, apps or players when published setup instructions were ignored.
• Connectivity problems outside Ad&Vi TV control after the service is technically available.
• Requests based on channels or content that were never guaranteed for the customer territory or package.
