Ad&Vi TV is a digital online TV / OTT media subscription. Access may begin shortly after payment confirmation, so refunds are reviewed case by case rather than guaranteed automatically after use.
Where a 24-hour test or trial is available, customers should use it to verify the interface, package fit, device setup and internet compatibility before purchasing a paid subscription.
- Duplicate payments for the same account and period can be reviewed for correction or refund.
- Verified technical issues that prevent reasonable use after the customer follows support instructions can be reviewed.
- A payment made by mistake may be reviewed if support is contacted promptly and access has not been substantially used.
- Misuse, resale, sharing, redistribution or attempts to bypass account limits.
- Unsupported devices, apps or players when published setup instructions were ignored.
- Connectivity problems outside Ad&Vi TV control after the service is technically available.
- Requests based on channels or content that were never guaranteed for the customer territory or package.
